36v 11.6ah Lithium Batteries Are In Packing

140pcs of 36v water bottle battery are in packing and ready to ship to Germany. 

Water bottle batteries advantages are as follows: firstly,it has long life, large capacity and good shock resistance. Secondly, Low self-discharge ensures good discharge performance at low temperature. Thirdly, Strong charging acceptance and quick-charging capability highlight its ability. Fourthly, it has strong over-discharge resistance and charge retention. However, several steps are not allowed in the process. Please do not insert batteries with the(+)and(-)reversed or over-discharge/charge. Please remove the battery if not in use for long period and dispose batteries in fire, heat or leave it short circuit; And please do not submerge the battery in water.

Before the shipment, we will check each of the batteries carefully to ensure the quality. Besides, we are very strict with the packing of the 36v lithium battery in order to avoid the damage of thelithium battery in delivery. At last, we will check each carton again and ship the lithium battery to our customer's place.

 As for our after-sale service,we promise to do the following commitments.

In the first place, we will respond in 24 hours for any inquiry and consultation on our EV battery product .Secondly, we are going to take actions quickly for normal client's claim within 24 hours  Thirdly, we offer 27 months quality warranty to our client ,we will take responsibility if there is any quality related problem with our electric bicycle battery because of our design or manufacturing problems . Except for this, any improper misuse by our user will not be covered .Last but not the least, We always put our client's interests on the top position.

We will give a full refund only if the item you receive is different from the description. A refund will be given when the item is returned back to the store. 

Buyer should inspect the item upon receipt of the package. 

Please contact us if you want to return the item you purchased wrong. As for restocking fee and other fee, we will discuss friendly to solve. If you find the item is defective, we would offer exchange. Returned item must be in original condition. Any item returned must be packaged completely, with all manuals, cables, accessories, software, etc.

Regardless of condition, all items must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping. Damaged item can not be accepted.
