Rear rack batteries made by our company are in package, these batteries will be shipped to France as soon as possible.

The Rear Rack Batteries are rechargeable batteries that rely mainly on Lithium ions to move between positive and negative electrodes. The smallest working unit in a battery is the electrochemical cell,the cell is designed and combined in modules and packs in a different way. Rear rack batteries can be used on electric bike, electric motorcycle,scooter, digital products. And not only can we produce the customized battery, but also we can make it according to the customer’s request.

Before the shipment, we will check all the items to see if all the manuals, cables, accessories, software are complete. If any problems covered, we will make sure the problems will be  solved before shipment. Also ,we are very strict with the package to avoid any damage that may happen during the journey.

As for our after-sale service,we promise to do the following commitments.

In the first place, we will respond in 24 hours for any inquiry and consultation on our EV battery product .Secondly, we are going to take actions quickly for normal client's claim within 24 hours.Thirdly, we offer 27 months quality warranty to our client ,we will take responsibility if there is any quality related problem with our electric bicycle battery because of our design or manufacturing problems . Except for this, any improper misuse by our user will not be covered .Last but not the least, We always put our client's interests on the top position

We will give a full refund only if the item you receive is different from the description.A refund will be given when the item is returned back to the store.

Buyer should inspect the item upon receipt of the package. Contact us before return.

Please contact us if you want to return the item you purchased wrong. As for restocking fee and other fee, we will discuss friendly to solve. If you find the item is defective, we would offer exchange. Returned item must be in original condition. Any item returned must be packaged completely, with all manuals, cables, accessories, software, etc.

Regardless of condition, all items must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping. Damaged item can not be accepted.
